How to order and pay
Tracking your order
After placing an order, you will receive an email in 1-2 business days with the tracking information. Our fulfilment centers have two business days to process your order. Once it is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number.
Delivery time varies based on your location and chosen delivery method, typically taking 2–7 business days. We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays can occur due to customs clearance or payment issues.
To ensure best quality and fast delivery, we have several warehouses throughout the world, so you might receive more than one package for one order.
Duties and taxes
This applies to the United States, Armenia and EAEU countries (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia).
When ordering outside of the regions above import duties may apply. However, VAT or local sales taxes may be required. In the UK, Canada, and the US, domestic taxes are calculated and displayed separately during checkout.
For Delivery At Place (DAP) destinations, the checkout price excludes import duties and sales taxes. These must be paid directly to the courier to release your order from customs. Since we cannot provide the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order. If an order is seized or abandoned due to specific circumstances, neither Farfetch nor the Partners can retrieve the order, and you may not receive a refund. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to Provide Required Customs Documents: If the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you did not provide the necessary customs documents upon request within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: If the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you declined to pay the applicable customs duties.
- Unreachable Customer: If the order is seized and cannot be recovered because delivery attempts were unsuccessful and you were unreachable.
Return and refund
Within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date, you may return any item you ordered from the website for an exchange or refund under the conditions and restrictions outlined below. Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded (in accordance with courier rates). In case of a return because of a damaged item from our end, the full price will be refunded. In case of exchange because of a damaged item, the delivery will be covered by ARTUYT too.
Please make sure that any returned items are whole (including printing materials, accessories, etc.), undamaged, in their original packaging, and with a copy of your invoice. Items that are incomplete, used, damaged, or tainted cannot be accepted as returns.
You may complete your return by creating a return label via any courier.
