Delivery options, terms and pricing policy
Orders are delivered in the following options:
Armenia
- Yerevan: A flat delivery rate of 1,000 AMD. Orders placed before 17:00 on working days are delivered the same day; orders received after 17:00 will be delivered the next working day.
- Regions: Free delivery to regional post offices within 1–5 working days.
International Shipping
- Worldwide: A flat delivery rate of $15 USD per item. International delivery takes approximately 5–20 working days, depending on your destination and local customs. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via e-mail (where available).
*Important: In some countries, customs taxes may apply; please check with the corresponding body of your country.
We work every day from 10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and 12:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays (GMT +04:00).
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and occasional delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, we will notify you of the change of the delivery date.
To deliver the order to two different addresses, you need to form two separate orders. Within one order, the product can be shipped to one address only.
Return and Exchange Policy
Any item purchased from artuyt.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the purchase for local buyers (in accordance with the RA legislation) and 14 days for international buyers after the order arrives. Please note that we will only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in their original condition and have not been used or worn.
We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
The return process consists of the following three steps:
A. For buyers located in Armenia:
- Submit the product and the fiscal receipt to the company’s office within 14 days after the purchase.
- If you want to return the products through the delivery, you need to pay 1,000 AMD for the return delivery in Yerevan and for the regional orders, the delivery cost will be identified at the post office, except when the order arrives damaged․
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. No alternative refund methods are available.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 1-5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
B. For international buyers:
- Please e-mail us within 5 days after receiving the order by indicating the order number, reason for returning the order and a photo of the packaging and the items that need to be returned.
- You will get a return confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- Refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. Normally, return shipping can take up to 5-20 working days from the date you posted your parcel back to us.
- Once the return has been received and approved, you will receive a refund email confirmation. Please note that refunds can take up to 1-20 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. No alternative refund methods are available.
Return conditions vary depending on the reasons for the return
- If you just want to return the product
- In case of returning the item simply because you wish so, the box should not be damaged or opened. You cannot return the product if it has been used or damaged after it was delivered to you. If none of the above conditions are infringed, you may return the item within 14 days after the order arrives.
- If the product does not meet the description or is damaged
- If you notice any discrepancy with the description, please call the service centre dialling the following number – +374 99 589009 and submit the problem. If you wish, you may ask our employees to exchange the item for another item of the same model. If you still want to return it, you can return your item within 14 days after the order arrives.
Important! We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
